danial d217b9df48 chore(ci): 更新drone流水线配置和docker镜像仓库地址 
- 修改服务器host端口号从31245到34156
- 替换docker镜像仓库地址从git.kkknametrans.buzz为git.oceanpay.cc
- 精简docker登录及构建发布命令，移除部分多余配置
- 保持docker镜像标签及推送策略一致，确保持续集成流程顺畅
